Internship opportunities may be available in, but are not limited to, the following areas (in no particular order): Marketing & Communications Social Media & Digital Content Creation Game Day, Team Training, & Event Photography Game Day Operations & Event Management Community Relations & Outreach Sales & Business Development Ticket Sales (Individual, Group, Corporate) Concessions Lead Merchandise Lead Team Operations & Logistics Equipment & Locker Room Lead Team & Player Liaison Sponsorships Administrative Support Key Responsibilities may include: Assisting various departments with day-to-day tasks and special projects. Supporting game day operations, events, and community initiatives. Conducting research and preparing reports as needed. Contributing to content creation for digital platforms and promotional materials. Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. Representing Charlottesville Blues FC professionally at all times.Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in the sports industry. A desire and passion to succeed. Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Availability to commit to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as required by specific roles and events. Passion for soccer and community engagement is a plus.What This Role Offers:
