Job Summary Fayad Law is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach & Public Relations Manager to lead the firm's strategic outreach and partnership initiatives throughout Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This is more than a traditional community outreach position. We are looking for a professional who can build meaningful relationships with universities, corporations, business owners, embassies, community organizations, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, and other law firms to expand Fayad Law's presence and generate long-term business opportunities. As Fayad Law continues to grow its Corporate Immigration, Employment-Based Immigration, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Business Law practices, this position will play a key role in connecting the firm with the communities and organizations we serve. What You'll Do Community & Strategic Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, nonprofit leaders, religious institutions, and cultural organizations. Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, career centers, and educational institutions. Establish relationships with embassies, consulates, chambers of commerce, business associations, and international organizations. Build referral partnerships with other law firms and professional service providers. Business Development Create relationships with business owners, HR professionals, employers, startups, investors, and corporate leaders. Identify new business opportunities that support the firm's Corporate Immigration and Civil Litigation practice. Generate qualified referral sources and strategic partnerships. Represent Fayad Law at networking events, business conferences, trade shows, and professional organizations. Events & Public Relations Plan and coordinate educational seminars, workshops, networking events, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate attorney participation in public speaking engagements. Serve as a public ambassador for Fayad Law. Increase awareness of the firm's legal services and mission throughout the community. Strategic Planning Develop annual outreach and business development plans. Track measurable results and provide monthly performance reports. Recommend new initiatives based on market opportunities and community needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, community outreach, public relations, marketing, partnership development, or related fields. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Strong communication and public speaking abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Experience developing strategic partnerships and generating business opportunities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Virginia and the Washington, D.C. area. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, or another language) is a plus. Experience working with multicultural communities. Existing relationships with universities, business organizations, chambers of commerce, or professional associations. Experience in the legal, corporate, nonprofit, or government sectors is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
