The Boys & Girls Club of Burlington is seeking a Development and Community Engagement Manager to play a key role in advancing the Club's fundraising and community engagement efforts. This position will have direct responsibility for building relationships with donors and community supporters, managing key fundraising initiatives, and achieving meaningful development goals. Significant Responsibilities:
Plan and serve as tour guide for intentional, inspirational tours of the Boys & Girls Club, using a strengths-based approach. These tours serve as the Club's primary method of marketing to the community and are an essential part of building a pipeline of donors and other supporters. Follow up with tour attendees to solicit feedback, build relationships, and identify opportunities for further engagement. Take ownership of assigned fundraising and engagement goals and track progress Manage the Club's Great Futures Event (fundraising "ask event") and Bids for Kids Online Auction (including volunteer management, auction item solicitation) and achievement of fundraising goals. Collaborate with development team to produce communications materials and execute stewardship and other smaller events Manage and build relationships with community volunteer groups Work collaboratively as a team with the Club's Development Director and Development Coordinator Contribute to other development and organizational priorities as needed.

Friday Rate of Pay:
