About the Opportunity We regularly seek experienced Communications Managers and Communications Consultants who can translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear, compelling communications for executive, employee, partner, and stakeholder audiences. The strongest consultants in this space are comfortable operating within large, highly matrixed organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, creating executive-ready content, and quickly learning complex subject matter. What You May Do Develop strategic communications plans aligned to business priorities and organizational goals. Create executive communications, presentations, talking points, newsletters, announcements, FAQs, and other communications assets. Translate complex technical or business information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging. Partner with program leaders, executives, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders. Manage communications calendars, editorial planning, milestones, approvals, and deliverables. Support organizational change, product launches, transformation initiatives, employee engagement, or adoption programs. Track communications effectiveness and recommend improvements. Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, content development, and workflow efficiency while maintaining appropriate human review. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in corporate, internal, executive, change, or technology communications. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing important context. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfort working across multiple teams in fast-moving, highly matrixed environments. Experience with modern productivity, collaboration, and communications platforms. Experience supporting technology, AI, cloud, product, or organizational transformation initiatives is a plus. AI Fluency Matters AI fluency is becoming increasingly valuable across the work we support. You don't need to be an AI engineer—we're interested in consultants who are curious, adaptable, and actively exploring how AI can improve the way they work. Strong candidates should be able to discuss practical ways they use AI to improve research, communications, content development, analysis, productivity, or problem-solving while understanding where human judgment remains essential. For opportunities of this type, a typical pay range is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year based on full-time employment, plus employee benefits. Compensation for a specific future opportunity may vary.
