JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing excellent care for seniors is what Spring Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care does. SR provides safe and intentional care to seniors in our close-knit community.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Community Relations Director (CRA) is responsible for marketing SR to its surrounding area. The CRD is an active part of the management team coordinating with the administrator in educating the public about our community and the services it provides. You will be working with family members, a network of healthcare providers, residents and facility leadership. This position represents our community and often gives the first impression to those seeking our services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling and conducting tours of the facility with prospects and their families.
• Available weekends.
• Coordinating activities associated with new resident move-ins.
• Demonstrating knowledge of both internal and external marketing techniques that promote our team's mission/values/beliefs in addition to the unique services we render to the public.
• Engaging in community relations/outreach, networking events and event planning.
• Building positive relationships with a variety of contacts, including professionals both in and out of the health care industry, facility staff, residents, referrals, family members and more—this position requires supreme people skills!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years Marketing experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Computer and Database Experience
• Compassionate individuals who will professionally and positively represent our community. Who has an outgoing personality and thrives on people interactions.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Comfortability in hitting (and exceeding) monthly census goals.
• Ownership of tasks and responsibilities—i.e., staying focused despite interruptions.
• Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities and reliability are additional skillsets we look for in interested candidates.
