What You'll Do As our Community Development Officer, you will: Develop and strengthen relationships with local businesses, organizations, community leaders, and public officials Represent Ripco Credit Union at community events and networking opportunities Increase awareness of Ripco's products, services, and community involvement Support strategies that enhance our market presence and community impact Help communicate and promote Ripco's vision, mission, and values throughout the communities we serve What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and professional Passionate about community involvement and relationship-building A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups Whether you bring years of professional experience or have developed strong community connections through previous work, volunteer service, sales, marketing, or leadership roles, we encourage you to apply. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Business development, community relations, sales, financial services, or relationship management experience preferred. Experience in the financial industry is a plus but not required
