Our small but mighty marketing team is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys blending storytelling, design, product marketing, and creative execution. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly understand products and translate features into compelling, easy to understand messaging across digital and print platforms. Job Responsibilities Write clear, engaging marketing copy in OM Seating's friendly yet professional brand voice across digital and print platforms Assist in developing messaging and marketing materials for product launches, line extensions, showroom initiatives, and sales campaigns Maintain and organize marketing databases, mailing lists, and audience segments for outreach and campaign initiatives Design graphics and visual assets for brochures, websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, trade shows, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media and digital marketing content across multiple platforms Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales and leadership team on a variety of marketing initiatives Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve content visibility and engagement Stay current on trends and competitors within the industry Play a key role in seeing projects through the whole creative lifecycle—from inception to deployment to results measurement Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, showroom events, and other marketing initiatives Support sales teams with presentations, training materials, videos, product demonstrations Translate technical product information into clean, customer-focused marketing content Other duties as assigned Qualifications Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities Passion for storytelling, branding, and visual communication Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and proactively Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills Ability to understand technical product information and communicate it clearly and effectively to different audiences Keen eye for detail with an appreciation for design, interiors, architecture, and aesthetics Strong research, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel in support of trade shows and special events, approximately 5-6 times per year Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related field Exceptional writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools preferred Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing both writing and graphic design work Experience in contract furniture, manufacturing, architecture/design, or related industries is a plus 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field, including: Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp experience preferred, but not required) Content marketing, copywriting, and copy editing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital channels Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k with Company Match Paid Vacation & Sick Time Paid Holidays Position Details Full-time, on-site position (40+ hours a week)

Ontario, California Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Occasional travel required for trade shows and industry events Pay Rate $32.00 - $37.00; compensation may vary commensurate with experience
