Onsite - 4 days, Fridays are remote Key Responsibilities Lead integrated marketing strategy and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth across digital channels.Develop high-quality content—including thought leadership, blogs, case studies, white papers, and executive messaging—while translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, website content, and overall brand voice to ensure consistency, SEO optimization, and audience growth.
Oversee PR, media relations, announcements, and industry visibility efforts, including press releases, outreach, and coordination with agencies or publications.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences while supporting internal teams with presentations, pitch materials, and aligned messaging. Key Qualifications Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally within energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors, with a strong track record in digital demand generation.
Expertise managing LinkedIn and other social platforms for business growth, supported by strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
Proficiency with website CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow), foundational SEO principles, and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, compelling content.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.
Strong project management and event planning skills, with the ability to coordinate campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives with precision.
