PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Atlantic Hideaway LLC has a full-time opening for a Public Relations Specialist in Delray Beach, FL. Plan, develop, and comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand and public image. Lead the creation of high-level communications materials including press releases, executive messaging, thought leadership content, and crisis communications plans. Cultivate and manage relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and community stakeholders. Develop and oversee bilingual English and Spanish communications strategies targeting South Florida's Spanish-speaking markets. Analyze media coverage trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Design and implement public relations measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience demographics to inform and refine public relations strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field plus 48 months of experience in public relations or communications, OR 48 months of experience in public relations or communications in lieu of degree. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
