Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support the company's construction staffing operations and business objectives. Prepare, edit, and distribute professional communications, including marketing materials, client presentations, newsletters, press releases, social media content, and recruitment campaigns. Coordinate communication between management, construction personnel, clients, subcontractors, and staffing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective information flow. Create content to promote the company's staffing services within the construction industry and enhance brand visibility. Assist in developing recruitment communication strategies to attract qualified construction professionals for staffing assignments. Maintain and update company websites, digital platforms, and social media accounts with relevant industry and company information. Conduct market research and analyze communication trends within the construction and staffing industries to improve outreach efforts. Collaborate with management to prepare proposals, client communications, and promotional materials related to staffing projects and workforce solutions. Organize and coordinate corporate events, client meetings, job fairs, and promotional activities. Ensure all communications and promotional materials comply with company policies and professional standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in Communication from a US or accredited college.
