This position will be responsible for managing CWOD's online presence, creating engaging content, communicating with families, and helping showcase the studio's programs, performances, and community impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media marketing, storytelling, and connecting with families through digital platforms. ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing & Enrollment Growth Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase enrollment and community awareness. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Create creative reels, videos, stories, and posts highlighting: Dance classes Student achievements Performances The Crystal Nutcracker Camps and programs Community events Parent testimonials Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and performances. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages. Track trends and implement creative ideas to grow CWOD's online presence. Develop campaigns to attract new families and retain current families. Parent & Community Communications Create and distribute professional parent emails, newsletters, and announcements.

Class schedules Events Registration deadlines Performances Important reminders Maintain consistent communication with CWOD families to enhance customer experience. Phone & Administrative Support Monitor the studio telephone line and respond to incoming calls professionally. Answer parent inquiries regarding registration, classes, programs, and events. Follow up with prospective families interested in enrollment. Maintain accurate communication records and relay important information to leadership. Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed. Marketing Support Assist with flyers, promotional materials, and digital advertising. Support enrollment campaigns throughout the year. Promote special events, fundraisers, community partnerships, and studio initiatives. Help maintain CWOD's professional brand image.
