Full Job Description Summary of Position:
The Communications Specialist supports the development and execution of The Assistance Fund?s (TAF?s) communications and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications, this role creates and coordinates digital media content, including TAF?s website and social media, as well as publications, marketing collateral, press releases, and other communications channels. The Communications Specialist also supports stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, storytelling, media monitoring, and communications measurement to increase TAF?s brand awareness and effectively communicate its mission, services, and organizational values.
Work Model and Compensation:
This is an Orlando-based hybrid position requiring employees to work onsite at TAF?s Orlando office two days per week. The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
