ESA South is a veteran-owned design-build and construction management firm headquartered in Pensacola, Florida. Since 1999, we have been delivering construction solutions across healthcare, federal, mission-critical, industrial, administrative, and infrastructure markets throughout the United States. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and helping execute campaigns that support company growth, recruiting, business development, and brand awareness. Position Summary The Marketing & Communications Specialist is an in person role that serves as a key member of ESA South's marketing team, helping bring strategic initiatives to life across digital, print, and communication channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this individual will support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns, content development, website updates, social media efforts, email marketing, recruiting initiatives, and communications projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. --- What You'll Do The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping to carry out integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Content & Communications
  • Write/edit content for social media, website updates, blogs, project spotlights, recruiting materials, and company communications
  • Assist with development of case studies, press releases, and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate content collection and publishing efforts Social Media
  • Develop and schedule social media content
  • Manage content calendars
  • Create graphics and assist with content creation
  • Monitor engagement and performance
  • Identify opportunities for new content and storytelling Email Marketing
  • Build and deploy email campaigns
  • Maintain marketing contact lists
  • Assist with audience segmentation
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting Website Management
  • Update website content and project profiles
  • Publish blogs, case studies, and company news
  • Assist with landing page development
  • Help ensure website content remains accurate and up to date Business Development Support
  • Assist with capability statements, presentations, project profiles, recruiting materials, conference collateral, and other marketing assets
  • Support marketing initiatives tied to company growth and client outreach efforts Team Support
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing Assistant to support department priorities
  • Assist with special projects and marketing initiatives as business needs evolve --- Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Experience updating website content through a content management system (CMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry
  • Experience supporting proposals, qualifications packages, or business development efforts
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Photography, videography, or basic video editing experience
  • Familiarity with SEO and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools Why Join ESA South?

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
