- Marketing Communications Specialist
- to lead the vision, strategy, and operational evolution of creative capabilities supporting Caterpillar's eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives.
- What You Will Do
- + Lead the development and execution of end-to-end creative strategies that support Caterpillar's eCommerce and digital marketing objectives, from concept development through final delivery, establishing feedback loops that turn creative testing outcomes and campaign insights into scalable best practices.

- Knowledge of creative technologies, design tools, digital production workflows, and emerging AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability through technology adoption and process innovation. +
Vendor/Supplier Management:
- Experience leading relationships with creative agencies, production partners, freelancers, and suppliers, ensuring quality deliverables, effective collaboration, budget stewardship, and alignment to strategic objectives. +
Project Management:
- Expertise in leading complex creative initiatives from intake and concept development through production and final delivery; ability to establish scalable processes, prioritize resources, manage competing demands, and ensure timely execution of creative work. +
Creative Direction:
- Expertise in creative leadership, brand stewardship, and visual storytelling, with the ability to establish creative standards, provide art direction, guide cross-functional teams, and translate business objectives into compelling customer experiences.

- + Experience working within a large, matrixed organization + A current portfolio that can be viewed when applying + Proven ability to lead end-to-end creative strategy and execution, including concept development, art direction, and content production + Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across a variety of creative disciplines + Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on creative production + Experience building, documenting, and scaling creative processes, governance models, and operational frameworks + Experience using data to inform creative decision-making + Exposure to multi-country or multi-market creative marketing strategies + Experience managing vendors, agencies, and production partners + Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Summary Pay Range:
- $89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
