Join Our Team St. Anthony's Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Marketing & Community Liaison to represent our facility throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding communities.

This is a field-based marketing position for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting healthcare professionals, developing referral relationships, and helping connect patients and families with quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

The majority of the workday will be spent driving and visiting hospitals, physician offices, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare referral sources . What You'll Do Visit hospitals, physician offices, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations throughout the community.

Build strong relationships with:

Hospital case managers Social workers Discharge planners Physicians Nurses Clinic and office managers Other healthcare referral partners Educate healthcare professionals about the services available at St. Anthony's. Develop new referral sources and maintain relationships with existing partners. Generate qualified referrals and support facility admissions and census growth. Follow up consistently with referral sources and community partners. Communicate potential admissions promptly to the facility's admissions and clinical teams. Maintain records of marketing visits, contacts, referrals, and follow-up activities. Attend community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare-related meetings when appropriate. Work closely with the Administrator, Admissions Department, and leadership team to achieve marketing and census goals. Comfortable spending most of the workday traveling between healthcare facilities and referral sources. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to drive throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding areas on a daily basis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, business development, or community outreach experience preferred. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Skilled Nursing Facilities Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Hospitals Home Health Hospice Assisted Living Healthcare Sales or Marketing What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will consistently be visible in the healthcare community, develop meaningful referral relationships, increase awareness of St. Anthony's services, and contribute to growing qualified referrals and admissions.
