Partnering closely with the Product Marketing Manager - who defines target segments, positioning, and messaging (the "What") - this role builds, executes, and continuously optimizes the campaigns, content, and programs that bring that strategy to market (the "How"), and owns ongoing monitoring, measurement, and reporting against Return on Objectives (ROO) to ensure marketing investment translates into pipeline and revenue outcomes for the Systems / ARR motion. As a Marketing Communications Specialist you will: Execute go-to-market campaigns for Systems / ARR solutions based on the positioning, personas, and messaging defined by Product Marketing - translating the "What" into the "How."
Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events) tailored to the Systems / ARR buyer journey to create demand and support sales.
Own campaign tracking, measurement, and ROO reporting for Systems / ARR go-to-market programs - providing regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting to marketing, sales, and product leadership on results and learnings.
Track pipeline-supporting metrics (e.g., MQLs, engagement, conversion) using Salesforce / Account Engagement and translating findings into campaign optimization recommendations - feeding field and market insights back to Product Marketing.
Participate in NPD gate meetings and coordinate with Product Development, Product Marketing, and Sales to align campaign timing and content readiness with the Systems / ARR solution launch and rollout schedule.
Build sales enablement tools (playbooks, battlecards, ROI/conversion materials) and produce and maintain marketing content and campaign assets (web content, presentations, case studies) from the strategic framework and messaging defined by Product Marketing.
Monitor marketing channel and content performance trends to inform campaign tactics - partnering with Product Marketing on any positioning or competitive-differentiation implications.
Ensure G&W Electric's brand guidelines are implemented, and key messages are made visible in all marketing materials.
Collaborate and manage projects with external vendors and agencies (for example design agencies, print houses, advertising outlets, PR agencies) We are looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor's degree required, Marketing or Communications major preferred with at least 5 years marketing experience
OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
Has the ability to effectively manage projects, including establishing timeline, action items, budget needs and expected outcomes
Has the ability to influence without authority at multiple levels of management
Can demonstrate skills in written and oral communication with the ability to obtain information, critique, edit and communicate effectively. Good editorial and proof-reading skills regarding format and style.
Must be flexible in a fast paced and changing work setting while maintaining a positive attitude in a customer service environment.
Is self-motivated, self-starter; able to work independently and as part of the team.

Expert in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
