Job Description

Serve as the lead for telecommunications inventory management, data validation, database administration, transition tracking, reporting, and analytics. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of inventory records across multiple Government and contractor data sources throughout the transition lifecycle. Occasional Travel may be required to Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
Position Responsibilities:
Validate and reconcile telecommunications inventories across multiple Government and vendor systems. Develop, maintain, and update the master transition database and tracking repositories. Analyze inventory, billing, usage, and service records to support transition decision making. Generate inventory reports, transition metrics, executive status reports, and agency summaries. Support customer inventory validation and inventory-of-record confirmation activities. Maintain customer, vendor, and site contact information databases. Support transition planning, risk tracking, and reporting activities. Ensure data quality, traceability, and audit readiness throughout the transition effort. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience supporting telecommunications, network services, or inventory management programs. Telecommunications inventory management and data analysis. Database administration and data reconciliation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL-based data management and reporting tools. Ability to analyze large data sets and identify discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and data owners. Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) Must be a US Citizen Current Tier 1 (T1/NACI) eligibility or ability to obtain required access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior DoD, DISA, DITCO, or Federal civilian experience Experience supporting DoD, DISA, DITCO, GSA EIS, NETWORX, or telecommunications transition initiatives. Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise reporting tools. Familiarity with TIBI, TBI, E-Morris, TCOSS, DITCO Online, WWOLS, and telecommunications inventory systems. Why Join Sierra7?
