Job Description
- WSU Main Campus Hire Type Part Time Pay $15 per hour Work Schedule ; work is performed on-site and in person. 20 hours per week. We are open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.
- 5 p.
- Apply principles of effective communication to create engaging content for students and families.
- Edit and update website content, design user-friendly forms, and draft branded emails.
- Script, record, and edit short videos that explain financial aid processes and share student stories.
- Work closely with staff to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt strategies to evolving needs. Required Education High School diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Wichita State University. Required Experience This is specific to each position and department. See additional requirements and/or preferences. Preferred Qualifications
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level student
- Majors in Digital Arts, Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or related fields
- Familiarity with editing and designing websites
- Experience with communications, graphic design, video production, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing/editing and storytelling skills
- Comfortable with digital platforms (web, email, social media) Additional Information This position is for Fall 2026 & Spring 2027.
