We're seeking creative, curious, and motivated individuals who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow in a collaborative environment. The Marketing & Communications Intern would: Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote organizational goals and enhance brand awareness. Create engaging visual and written content for advertising, marketing, social media, email, and other digital channels. Design marketing materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Support social media management efforts by developing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Contribute to member engagement and outreach initiatives by helping create targeted communications and promotional materials. Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and audience engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives and special projects as assigned. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop real-world marketing skills, build a professional portfolio, and gain experience in content creation, digital marketing, brand strategy, and marketing analytics. Eligibility Requirements To be considered, applicants must: Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is preferred Have completed at least two years toward a degree (Junior or Senior status preferred) Hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 Be available to work on-site at our administrative offices in Frankfort, KY Be available to work during our standard business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday), with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Specific hours will be determined based on mutual agreement.
