Communications Specialist PRN Job Summary:
Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Consistently ensure positive customer interactions Manages difficult or emotional individual situations Responds promptly to individual needs Responds to requests for service and assistance Fulfills commitments to individuals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent One year customer service experience Comfortable using common computer applications
