We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don't happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join Bain's Technology Services Group (TSG), a team focused on building and evolving enterprise technology capabilities that enable our business and client teams to operate at their best. You'll collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable, modern technology solutions that improve employee experience and operational performance.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

The Senior Specialist, Technology Change & Communications, sits within Bain's internal Change Management team and plays a hands-on role in supporting the delivery and adoption of technology transformation initiatives. Working across cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex project and technology changes into clear, engaging, and well-structured materials, from training decks and user guides to SharePoint microsites and rollout communications, that help end users understand, navigate, and adopt new technology.

As part of a small team, this role offers the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities, build new skills, and gain hands-on experience across different aspects of change management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Change Plan Delivery

Own delivery of assigned components of the change plan, coordinating logistics, managing dependencies within your scope, and translating broader tasks into actionable steps

Develop targeted, visually engaging communications and training materials tailored to stakeholder groups and delivery channels, aligned with the change strategy and under guidance from leadership

Build reusable communication assets, including templates, toolkits, and structured SharePoint sites, to support consistency, enable handoff, and enhance long-term usability

Track progress, timelines, and dependencies, flagging blockers, risks, or resistance to leadership

May manage temporary or rotational staff, including interns or contractors, to support delivery

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Insights

Ensure assigned deliverables are aligned and ready for deployment, collecting and synthesizing stakeholder feedback, applying straightforward adjustments independently, and escalating items requiring further discussion

Identify, track, and analyze metrics, distilling findings into critical insights and actionable recommendations

Support identification of impacted populations and map user journeys for assigned components of initiatives

Domain Knowledge

Develop and maintain domain knowledge across Bain practices and external market trends, including emerging communication tools and training channels

Contribute to team knowledge by documenting lessons learned, supporting templates and tools, and sharing best practices to strengthen consistency across teams

ABOUT YOU

Experience

Hands-on experience supporting or executing change-related work, such as rollout communications, stakeholder engagement, or training logistics

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Solid understanding of change management concepts, including stakeholder readiness and adoption

Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and channels

Ability to structure and execute tasks independently, with strong attention to detail and timelines

Skilled in identifying dependencies, surfacing risks, and supporting cross-functional coordination

Proactive communication style and demonstrated ownership of assigned work

Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, internal processes, and evolving priorities

Working Model

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 1 day per week.
