This isn't your typical front desk position. While you'll be part of our front office team, your primary focus will be serving as the voice of our practice, tasked withanswering patient calls with warmth and professionalism and ensuring insurance benefits are accurately verified so every visit starts smoothly. Team outings and appreciation events ✨ Your Primary Responsibilities Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice patients hear when they call our office Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls while creating a positive patient experience Schedule appointments efficiently and confidently Verify dental insurance benefits accurately before patient appointments Clearly communicate insurance information and answer patient questions Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to help each day run smoothly ✅ We're Looking For Someone Who Has at least 1 year of dental front office experience (required) Enjoys talking with people and builds rapport easily over the phone Communicates with confidence, professionalism, and empathy Has strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy Values teamwork and shares our patient-first mentality If you're someone who loves connecting with people, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a practice where employees build lasting careers, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
