Job Description
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, business, graphic design, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- One to three years of professional experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, event planning, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Experience using social media platforms for organizational or business communications.
- Basic graphic design experience using platforms such as Canva to create print and digital materials.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn new software platforms, including donor databases, email marketing tools, and event management systems.
- Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to donors, volunteers, and community partners.
