The Community Liaison serves as the bridge between Comfort Squad Homecare and the communities we serve. This role focuses on building strong relationships with referral sources, families, caregivers, and local organizations to increase awareness of our services and support client growth. The Community Liaison represents Comfort Squad with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality homecare. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach — Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, case managers, social workers, and community partners. Client Engagement — Assist families in understanding available services, answer questions, and support them through the intake process. Referral Development — Identify new referral opportunities and maintain consistent communication with existing referral sources. Brand Representation — Attend community events, health fairs, and networking activities to promote Comfort Squad Homecare. Caregiver Support — Collaborate with the scheduling and HR teams to ensure caregivers understand client needs and represent the agency positively. Documentation & Reporting — Track outreach activities, referral trends, and community feedback to support leadership decision-making. Problem Solving — Address concerns from clients, families, and partners promptly and professionally. Service Promotion — Clearly communicate Comfort Squad's mission, values, and service offerings.
Requirements:
Education & Experience High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred . Experience in homecare, healthcare, social services, or community outreach strongly preferred. Prior experience in relationship-building, marketing, or client services is a plus. Skills & Competencies Communication Skills — Strong verbal and written communication; ability to speak confidently with families and professionals.
