What's a typical day as Communications Operations Specialist? You'll be: Assisting with content coordination, managing editorial calendars, timelines, and approvals for internal communication projects. Providing logistical support for events, town halls, and meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups. Managing and updating distribution lists, maintaining accurate records, and organizing campaign performance metrics, project files, and communication templates. Managing digital tools, sending emails and campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and using content management systems, collaboration platforms, and email to support communication strategies. Supporting basic analytics tracking and reporting for communication initiatives. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have or are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Bring 0-2 years of experience in communications, operations, or project management (internships count!). Possess strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
