Opportunity The Care Flight Dispatcher (Air Medical Communications Specialist) position is responsible for the coordination of all air medical resources that REMSA Health operates or contracts with. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving calls from requestors, prioritizing simultaneous requests, dispatching of the appropriate aviation asset, maintaining contact with requestors, and maintaining appropriate records for every flight request. Qualifications/Experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required 2+ years of prior customer service experience preferred Ability to multi-task in a highly computerized environment required Ability to follow detailed and structured process, while providing a high level of customer service required Ability to type 30 WPM required Medical terminology knowledge preferred Prior or current EMT certification desirable, but not required Prior air medical dispatch experience a plus Ability to work as a team Pay & Benefits Pay is commensurate with your experience level.
