POSITION OVERVIEW
The Communications & Community Life Coordinator is an organized, creative, and digitally savvy communications professional responsible for promoting the church's mission, worship, programs, events, and community life. This position combines worship materials production, digital communications, marketing, content creation, event promotion, and community engagement to help connect parishioners and the broader community with the life of the congregation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum of High School Diploma or General Educations degree (GED), preferably with post-secondary education degree; marketing, business and/or administrative work experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when preparing time-sensitive and highly visible weekly worship materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with the church's voice/commitment to welcome and hospitality. Strong visual design and digital content creation skills, including experience with social media and website content management. Familiarity with email marketing, digital analytics, video editing, content scheduling tools, and other digital platforms, with the ability to learn new technology quickly. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, and solve problems effectively. Ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with pastor, church leadership, staff, volunteers, parishioners, and community members.

$19.00 per hour
