MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Join our team as a Marketing & Communications Specialist and play a key role in elevating our brand, supporting business growth, and engaging audiences through innovative communication strategies. What You'll Do As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of internal and external communications while ensuring a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

Partner with operational teams to understand their marketing and communications requirements and provide appropriate tools, materials, and support.

Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.

Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement.

Manage the company's website, including content creation, posting, and editing.

Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms, including press releases, newsletters, printed materials, social media, and the company website.

Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely communication.

Prepare internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and presentations for employees and stakeholders.

Monitor media coverage and public perception while developing strategies to enhance the company's reputation.

Plan and execute trade shows, special events, and conferences to promote the company's image, products, and initiatives.

Report on campaign performance across web, social media, email, events, and online channels.

Create and monitor lead generation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Proven expertise in engaging target audiences and creatively developing cross-channel campaigns.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

High levels of creativity and strategic thinking.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
