Communications & Member Experience Coordinator
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Communications & Member Experience Coordinator enhances the visibility and value of Chamber membership by coordinating communications, member engagement initiatives, Chamber events, and marketing efforts. This position creates positive member experiences through consistent communication, quality programming, and effective storytelling.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications Manage the Chamber communications calendar. Create and schedule social media content. Produce newsletters and e-blasts. Update the Chamber website. Design routine promotional materials. Coordinate annual publications, including the Chamber Directory and Guide to Enid. Maintain brand consistency across communications. Member Experience Coordinate new member welcome activities and orientation. Schedule and coordinate ribbon cuttings. Administer the Chamber Ambassador program. Promote member benefits and engagement opportunities. Connect members with Chamber programs, committees, and networking opportunities. Gather member feedback and communicate opportunities to leadership. Events Coordinate planning and execution of Chamber events, including: Business After Hours Member Advantage Power Hour Annual Awards Banquet Cherokee Strip Celebration Enlisted Appreciation Night Additional Chamber events as assigned Responsibilities include: Event logistics Vendor coordination Registration Volunteers Marketing Event materials Post-event evaluation Marketing & Storytelling Tell the stories of Chamber members through written, photographic, and digital content. Highlight member accomplishments and community impact. Capture photos and video at Chamber events. Coordinate publication content with designers and printers. Support military and community storytelling initiatives. Membership Development Promote the value of Chamber membership through all communications. Identify prospective members through community interactions. Refer membership opportunities to the President & CEO. Support membership recruitment initiatives through marketing and events. Assist in Sponsorship initiatives as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Photography and basic graphic design experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay:
$19.00
•$23.00 per hour
