EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in public relations, event planning, marketing, or communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools, such as Canva, is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional, energetic, and personable with strong networking skills. Occasional evening and weekend availability for events.

Create press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage social media content related to events, promotions, and company news. Assist with marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all communications. Event Planning & Coordination Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, grand openings, open houses, workshops, and community outreach activities. Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, venues, sponsorships, budgets, and timelines. Represent GRAND Mental Health at networking events, trade shows, and community functions. Community Partnerships & Engagement Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and influencers. Develop and maintain positive relationships that strengthen community engagement and brand recognition. Marketing Performance & Collaboration Monitor marketing and event performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with management on promotional strategies and special projects. Other Duties Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Chief Executive Officer. Must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.
