Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including strong presentation and document design skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Must be able to pass criminal background checkPreferred:
Experience using community engagement software such as Wellzesta, Touchtown, LifeLoop, Cubigo, or similar resident and employee communication platforms. Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar basic design platforms. Experience in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations.
