Qualificatins:
Bachelr's degree with a majr in educatin, early childhd educatin, cunseling, scial wrk, r a related field frm an accredited cllege r university. Pennsylvania certificati n in teaching preferred. Ability t wrk independently, t interact well with thers, and t prvide rep rts in a timely manner. At least five (5) years' experience in a schl system r with families and y ung children. Pr gram management skills. H me visiting experience preferred. Prficient in Ggle and Micrsft ffice prgrams, including PwerPint, Wrd, and Excel in additin t technlgy required fr cmmunicatin and meeting the expectatins f the pr gram. Exceptinal interpersnal skills and strng verbal and written cmmunicati n skills. Satisfactry wrk rec rd & criminal/child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 114, and 151). Demnstrate a persnal cmmitment t the philsphy, visin and missin f the ELECT Pr gram. Mnitr fidelity f ELECT Prgram in Allentwn Sch l District. versee recruitment effrts r participati n in centralized intake system. Manage ELECT Pr gram referrals. Facilitate cmmunity dnatins t ELECT. Manage ELECT expenses t ensure staying within grant guidelines. Cmplete all necessary grant rep rts. Ensure ELECT staff understand and use Parents As Teachers data management system. Cllabrate with administratin, staff, students, families and v lunteers. Cnduct mnthly staff and Family Center Gverning B ard Meetings. Ensure cmmunicatin between ELECT and Family Center prgrams t avid duplicatin f services. Prvide prgram resurces t appr priate students, families and district staff. Identify and cllabrate with cmmunity res urces and partners. Perfrm duties in a prfessinal, ethical and respnsible manner as defined in the Pennsylvania Cde f Prfessinal Practice and Cnduct fr Educatrs and the District's cde f c nduct.
