Base Range $60,000 - $90,000 This role sits at the center of CBIZ Technology's AI Advisory & Transformation growth strategy, supporting one of the firm's most critical and high-visibility practices. The Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing initiatives for CBIZ Technology's client facing AI team. This role assists with campaign coordination, content updates, event support, collateral preparation, and administrative tasks that help the team maintain consistent outreach and market presence. The associate works collaboratively with marketing, business development, and practice leaders to support timely and effective delivery of marketing activities. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, events, and promotional activities. Support development and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, email communications, and digital content. Help manage project timelines, task tracking, approvals, and distribution of marketing materials. Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, internal meetings, and client-facing events. Maintain organized files, templates, contact lists, and campaign materials using applicable technology tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support timely completion of deliverables. Track marketing activities and assist with reporting on campaign performance and operational support needs. Provide day-to-day administrative and production support for the marketing function. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience supporting marketing initiatives in a professional services, technology, or B2B environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, marketing platforms, and collaboration tools. Experience assisting with event coordination, campaign support, or content production. Interest in AI, emerging technology, and business-to-business marketing. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED required 3 years of experience in related field Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses Must be able to work in a team environment Presentation skills mandatory Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Must be able to travel based on client and business needs #LI-CF2 #LI-Remote About Us CBIZ, Inc.
