Community Liaison / Outreach Coordinator — Part-Time Angelic Services, Inc. 140 4th Avenue Gaffney, SC 29340 Angelic Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, professional, and community-minded community liaison to promote our services, build strong referral relationships, and help connect individuals and families with the support they need.

Our services include:

Adult Day Care Non-Medical Home Care Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior communities, churches, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners Educate community partners and families about Angelic Services Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Conduct outreach visits and follow up with potential referral sources Help increase referrals, enrollment, and overall company visibility Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and results Work closely with leadership to support marketing and census-growth goals Assist with social media and promotional activities as needed Qualifications Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Experience in healthcare, senior services, community outreach, marketing, sales, or business development preferred Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently Familiarity with Cherokee County and surrounding communities is strongly preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally Basic computer and social media skills Position Details Part-time with a flexible schedule Some community events may occur during evenings or weekends Compensation based on qualifications and experience Performance-based bonuses available for achieving established referral and enrollment goals If you are passionate about serving others and enjoy building meaningful community relationships, we would love to meet you.
