Job Description

The Library Communications Specialist, answers phone calls and/or live chat contacts from patrons of public libraries across North America. We essentially act as the Information Desk for the library, efficiently handling phone based patron inquiries, from the ease and comfort of your home. Our environment is energetic, team-oriented and focused on exceeding our customers' expectations every day.

Schedules:
Full-time, evenings & WEEKENDS (Saturdays are mandatory)
Weekday, Tues-Fri:
2:30pm EST•11:00pm EST;
Saturday:
9am•5pm EST All positions must be available to work the initial 5-week training schedule:
MON-FRI 8
