Blanket Fort Hope is looking for a creative college student or early-career professional who wants to use their talents to make a difference! Blanket Fort Hope is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope in the lives of child survivors of human trafficking. We are seeking a part-time Communications Coordinator to help us share our mission through social media, digital content, photography, video, and other creative communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student studying communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, digital media, journalism, or a related field to gain meaningful, hands-on professional experience while building their portfolio. What You'll Do Create engaging social media posts, reels, and digital content Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva Assist with website updates and content Take photos and videos at select BFH events Help create and edit short-form video content Assist with podcast recording, editing, and promotion Help with email newsletters and digital campaigns Promote BFH events, programs, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer opportunities Bring fresh, creative ideas to our communications team Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and eager to learn. Experience with Canva, social media, photography, videography, website platforms, or content creation is a plus—but you do not need to be an expert in everything. College students, recent graduates, and early-career applicants are encouraged to apply. Class projects, volunteer work, personal creative projects, and social media content can all be used as work samples. Because of the sensitive nature of our mission, candidates must demonstrate maturity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Applicants should also be comfortable working within and supporting the mission and values of a Christian nonprofit organization . Schedule & Pay 15-20 hours per week $18-$22 per hour, based on experience Hybrid position with approximately one day per week in the BFH office Flexible scheduling around college classes may be available Occasional events may require additional in-person, evening, or weekend availability Ready to Use Your Creativity for a Mission That Matters?
