• Position Overview
• The Senior Specialist, Communications, will support the development and implementation of communications plans, programs and activities within the Finance and Supply Chain functions\.

This role serves as a strategic business partner providing counsel and support to functional leadership to ensure impactful communications\. The role requires strong writing and communications skills as well as a passion for creativity and innovation\.

• + Work closely with functional leaders and business partners to develop and implement strategic internal communications plans, campaigns and initiatives — including the delivery of on\-brand content and messaging for employees through a variety of mediums and channels \(intranet, email, print / digital collateral, video, talking points, articles, town halls, social media\)\.

+ Support the development and implementation of Finance and Supply Chain communications for C&S's integration transformation\. + Edit and refine Finance and Supply Chain content for clarity, accuracy and adherence to AP style, ensuring messages are effective and aligned with company goals\. + Collaborate with design team to produce graphics, infographics and videos that complement editorial content\. + Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies and innovative solutions\. + Work with the Director of Communications, and SVP, Communications & Marketing, to ensure consistency with external messaging and strategy, including matters affecting reputation and crisis response\. + Partner with vendors and consultants, as needed\. + This is a hybrid position requiring work in the office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, based on business needs\. + Travel, as required, to team, business partner and / or company meetings\.
