Service & Communications Specialist Thomas Cattle Company Boise, ID Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Multitasking Inventory management Administrative experience Attention to detail Order fulfillment Full Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the TCC team as a Service & Communications Specialist. This part-time role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining smooth operations for order fulfillment and communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Maintain organized and up-to-date order records in our systems. Prepare and coordinate delivery routes using routing tools and communicate updates to the team and customers. Identify and resolve order delays or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and reviews. Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or changes. Maintain a clean and organized email inbox to ensure no outstanding issues remain unresolved. Pass along and follow up on items that need the attention of other team members in a timely manner.
Communication & Marketing Support:
Send routine customer notifications for deliveries, pickups, and other updates. Assist with monthly marketing tasks as needed Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience by providing clear, timely and helpful communication.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks:
Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve processes. Support inventory management and reporting as needed. Complete other tasks and projects related to customer experience and order fulfillment as assigned. May be asked to occasionally assist with in person marketing events in the
Treasure Valley, Idaho Qualifications:
Top notch organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Shopify, Google Sheets, Excel, and email management systems Customer service experience is required. Willingness to think outside the box to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our customers. Monday

Pay:
