Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Skilled Nursing Facility Marketer - Community Liaison! In this vital role, you will be the bridge between our skilled nursing services and the community, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting our facility's exceptional care. Your energetic approach and strategic outreach will drive community engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to promote the skilled nursing facility's services. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement. Conduct public speaking engagements, community presentations, and health fairs to raise awareness about the facility's offerings. Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to increase community presence and engagement. Collect data on community needs, outreach effectiveness, and referral trends to inform strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, organize events, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referral sources promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or public relations within healthcare or related fields. Strong media relations skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with local media outlets. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for community engagement activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data collection, reporting, and presentations. Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media marketing campaigns. Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational skills, and strategic planning to meet outreach goals. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations. Strong communication skills—written and verbal—and exceptional client relationship management capabilities. Knowledge of community management strategies, business development techniques, budgeting processes, and public relations best practices.
