Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Home Care Community Liaison and Outreach Specialist to serve as a vital bridge between our organization and the community. In this role, you will actively promote our home care services, foster meaningful relationships with community partners, and enhance outreach efforts to ensure that individuals in need are aware of and can access our support. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with diverse community groups, organizations, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, social service agencies, and local organizations to promote awareness of our home care services. Conduct public presentations and informational sessions to educate communities about available home care options and resources. Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Coordinate volunteer programs and manage volunteer engagement efforts to support outreach initiatives. Collect data on community needs, outreach effectiveness, and client feedback to inform program improvements. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies, community events, and project planning to maximize outreach impact. Skills Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or community management with a focus on healthcare or social services. Excellent media relations skills with the ability to foster partnerships through effective communication channels. Strong public speaking abilities for delivering presentations at community events or public forums. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, data analysis, and presentations. Skilled in social media management and social media marketing strategies to enhance online presence. Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse populations effectively. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, client communication, and customer service excellence. Experience in project management, strategic planning, budgeting, and data collection methods. Strong writing skills for creating compelling content for newsletters, reports, or promotional materials.
