Position Overview Potative is seeking a motivated and organized Communications Assistant to support our team with day-to-day communications, research, client projects, and administrative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, organization, research, and working in a professional communications environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and organization of professional communication materials. Conduct research on industries, companies, organizations, and relevant topics. Help organize information for client presentations, reports, and internal documents. Maintain communication records, contact information, and project files. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating project-related activities. Support the preparation of meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up materials.
Requirements:
