Job Description
Support enrollment operations by assisting with Slate CRM administration, reporting, queries, forms, dashboards, and workflow management.
Process and audit inquiry, application, and enrollment records to ensure timely and accurate movement of applicants through the admissions funnel.
Assist with admissions communication campaigns, audience management, and quality assurance for email, text, portal, and print communications.
Maintain admissions-related information across institutional websites and external platforms.
Provide backup support for key Admissions Operations staff and assist with other enrollment management initiatives as assigned.
QualificationsBachelors degree required.
Two to five years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with databases and CRM systems; experience with Slate preferred.
Experience with student information systems; experience with Jenzabar preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong skills in professional written communication, business correspondence, proofreading, and document formatting.
Commitment to data integrity, customer service, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of standard office equipment.
