What We're Looking For We are seeking experienced Telecommunications Specialists - Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) with a background supporting secure, mission-critical DoW or Army enterprise voice and telecommunications environments. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as: Enterprise administrative telephone and voice communications services Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephone systems and equipment Voice over IP (VoIP) and traditional telecommunications environments Telephone moves, adds, changes, disconnects, and service activations Troubleshooting voice service, handset, circuit, and connectivity issues Telecommunications circuits, cabling, and supporting infrastructure Coordination with users, service providers, vendors, and government personnel to resolve service issues Telecommunications inventories, records, diagrams, and technical documentation Incident and service request resolution Enterprise ticketing and IT service management environments Support within Army, NETCOM, NEC, or comparable DoW environments

Required Qualifications:

Active Secret security clearance Current applicable DoD 8140 certification(s), as required for the position Relevant telecommunications, voice systems, or administrative telephone services experience in a DoW, federal, or similarly secure enterprise environment Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia Experience supporting Fort Belvoir, RNEC-NCR, NETCOM, Army Network Enterprise Center (NEC) operations, AESMP/ServiceNow, or similar Army enterprise IT environments is highly valued. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Compensation:

$65,000 - $130,000 B Technology offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive employee benefits package designed to support our employees and their families.
