Job Summary:
Join a dynamic and globally focused HR Technology team that plays a critical role in enabling Hilton's worldwide workforce through the delivery and support of enterprise HR platforms, tools, and transformation initiatives. This remote, six-month contract position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across a broad portfolio of HR technology programs, working in close partnership with HR, IT, Operations, and external vendors. Reporting directly to a senior HR Technology leader, this role is intentionally flexible and designed to support a wide range of project and program needs, including communications, documentation, coordination, and analytical support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts readily to shifting priorities, and takes ownership of their work to help teams stay organized, aligned, and on track.
Responsibilities:
Support project and program communications for HR technology initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SharePoint, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools Assist with managing and responding to inquiries across shared mailboxes and support channels related to HR technology projects, launches, and ongoing initiatives Work closely with HR Technology leadership, project managers, enablement teams, and cross-functional partners to support delivery across multiple concurrent projects Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to support activities such as translation and localization of key HR technology documents and materials Review, maintain, and update HR technology documentation, job aids, FAQs, and reference materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness Support tracking and reporting efforts across HR technology initiatives, including maintaining trackers, logs, and status documentation related to scope, progress, and risks Assist with audits, validation activities, and content reviews related to HR technology deliverables and readiness milestones Use internal tools and systems to research HR technology processes and support informed decision-making Provide analytical and coordination support for project activities such as meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation reviews, and progress tracking Adapt to shifting priorities and provide structured, detail-oriented support across initiatives as new needs emerge Provide general project and program support across HR Technology initiatives, stepping in where additional analytical, coordination, or execution support is needed to help teams meet timelines and deliverables
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or evolving information into clear, structured outputs Professional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive or pre-release information Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information, track details, and support data-driven decision-making Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple concurrent priorities, and adapt to changing project needs Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills A proactive, flexible self-starter who takes ownership of assigned work and follows through on deliverables Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills when assessing impact, risk, and urgency
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in an analyst, project support, communications, or enablement role Experience working on cross-functional teams or initiatives Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting technology, transformation, or enterprise initiatives is preferred Familiarity with project tracking, documentation standards, or HR systems is preferred Experience supporting global audiences or coordinating with third-party vendors is a plus This is a compelling opportunity to contribute to meaningful, large-scale HR technology initiatives that directly impact team members across Hilton's global organization.
