Digital Communications Specialist Faith-Focused Digital Storyteller & Livestream Leader This is not your typical communications role. It's a faith-focused position for a creative communicator who enjoys managing livestreams and crafting prayers, stories, and digital content that inspire, inform, and engage a Christian audience. As the Digital Communications Specialist, you will shape IFA's voice, lead livestream production, manage multi-channel content, and share our Christ-centered mission with a growing national community. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented communicator who will thrive in a fast-paced digitalcommunications team, using digital media to inspire prayer, engage our community, and support IFA's nonprofit Christian mission.

Salary:

$63,000 - $77,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support livestream production, including setup, audio/video management, posting recorded webcasts, and creating highlight clips. Create, edit, and proofread written, visual, and digital content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with IFA's mission and values. Maintain and update website content using WordPress and other content management systems. Write and edit prayers, editor's notes, and content for website features and prayer newsfeeds with consistent voice and messaging. Collaborate with the Digital Engagement team and other departments to ensure content is accurate, professional, on-brand, and mission-focused. Format and design content using Canva and other design tools, producing graphics as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Ministry, Political Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in video livestream productio n and multi-channel content creation and editing required. Proficiency with WordPress CMS and Canva; working knowledge of SEO. Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Alignment with and commitment to IFA's Christian mission, values, and Statement of Faith.
