Job Description The Communications Specialist provides support for the Association's website and maintenance needs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring information is communicated in a timely, accurate, transparent, and easy-to-understand manner, while keeping residents informed, engaged, and connected.

BOARD OF
DIRECTORS and
COMMITTEES
Act as the liaison for the Communications Committee (website and community communications). Responsible for researching and implementing project requests from the Communications Committee. Responsible for drafting and writing daily, weekly and recurring email blasts to communicate effectively with the residents. Communicate any project updates to the General Manager & HOA Manager for reporting back to the Board of Director.
GENERAL:
Oversee projects, as assigned by General Manager and HOA Manager, for the association. Assist residents and schedule any training sessions necessary to educate residents on how to log into the community website, how to create an account, etc. Handles special projects as assigned by General Manager or HOA Manager. Other duties as requested. Requirements 2+ years of administrative, marketing, communications, and website content experience. Customer service driven and team oriented. Collaborative when working with multiple committees and departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with change. Organized, attention to detail, proactive, takes the initiative and ownership of the role.
