About the Position We are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help grow our brand and online presence. This person will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our company, projects, team, and services across social media platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys being behind the camera, has a strong eye for what makes content engaging, and understands how to turn everyday moments into content people want to watch and share. Responsibilities Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms Photograph and video company projects, job sites, completed work, and team activities Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content Develop creative ideas and a consistent content schedule Write engaging captions and social media copy Edit photos and videos for social media Stay current with social media trends, popular sounds, formats, and best practices Help increase followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness Monitor social media performance and recommend new content ideas Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style Coordinate with team members to identify projects and events that would make good content What We're Looking For Creative and outgoing personality Strong understanding of social media platforms Experience creating social media content Comfortable taking photos and videos, including on job sites Basic to advanced video and photo editing skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and try new ideas Construction, home improvement, or similar industry experience is a plus, but not required The Ideal Candidate You don't need to be a professional influencer — we're looking for someone who knows how to tell a story through photos and video and can make our work stand out online. Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
