Job Description

Part-Time Video & Social Media Content Coordinator Monday-Thursday | 12:30 PM-4:15 PM | 15 Hours Per Week Potential to Grow Into a Full-Time Role About Us Arizona Autism is a leading, faith-based pediatric therapy organization serving families across Arizona with excellence, compassion, and integrity. Our multidisciplinary team provides speech, occupational, physical, feeding, and other pediatric therapy services designed to help children thrive. We are driven by a mission to serve families through Christ-centered values, exceptional care, and a culture where our team genuinely loves what they do. We are also growing rapidly. As our organization continues to expand, so does our need for great storytelling, video production, social media, and creative content. We are looking for a highly creative Video & Social Media Content Coordinator who can capture the energy, heart, and personality of our organization and turn it into compelling digital content. This is not simply a social media posting position. We want someone who loves being behind a camera, shooting video, editing content, developing creative concepts, working in a studio, and producing content people actually want to watch while also helping manage and grow our social media presence. Position Overview This is currently a part-time afternoon position working Monday through Thursday from 12:30 PM to 4:15 PM. However, for the right person, there is potential for this position to grow into a full-time role in the future as Arizona Autism continues to expand. The Video & Social Media Content Coordinator will be part videographer, video editor, content creator, storyteller, and social media coordinator . You will regularly capture content at our clinics, events, community programs, and other Arizona Autism activities and transform those moments into high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling , knows how to tell a story through video, and can take an idea from concept → filming → editing → posting. We want someone who is constantly thinking: "How can we turn this moment into great content?" Key Responsibilities Film engaging video content at Arizona Autism clinics, events, community programs, employee activities, and other locations. Edit professional short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook . Help produce longer-form video content for YouTube, recruiting, company storytelling, testimonials, and marketing campaigns. Develop creative video concepts, hooks, interview ideas, trends, and storytelling opportunities. Capture high-quality photography and behind-the-scenes content. Work comfortably with cameras, microphones, lighting, stabilization equipment, and mobile content-creation tools. Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software . Add music, captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other creative elements that improve engagement. Assist with podcast filming, production, editing, clips, and distribution . Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar. Write engaging captions and messaging that reflect the Arizona Autism brand and our faith-based mission. Collaborate with therapists, leadership, recruiting, and marketing teams to identify meaningful stories worth sharing. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for Arizona Autism to participate in relevant trends while maintaining our brand standards. Engage with our online community through comments and messages. Track social media and video performance and use analytics to identify what content performs best. Assist with occasional recruiting, website, email, and other marketing content as needed. What We're Looking For We care more about what you can create than simply what degree you have.
The ideal candidate has:
Strong videography and video-editing skills Experience creating short-form social content, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts A strong understanding of framing, lighting, audio, pacing, music, and visual storytelling Experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and/or producing professional-quality mobile video A strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, retention, and what makes video content engaging Photography skills and a strong visual eye Strong written communication and storytelling abilities The ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly from filming to finished content A positive personality and confidence interacting with employees, families, leadership, and community partners Comfort working in a faith-based environment and representing Christian values through our communication and content Availability Monday through Thursday from 12:30 PM-4:30 PM Big Plus Podcast production experience is a plus. Experience with podcast cameras, microphones, audio, lighting, multicamera setups, editing, producing short-form clips from long-form conversations, or helping operate a podcast studio would be especially valuable. Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, therapy, early childhood, or nonprofit organizations is helpful, but not required . Portfolio Required Applicants must provide examples of video content they have personally filmed and/or edited. Please include a portfolio, social media account, YouTube channel, website, Google Drive portfolio, or other examples demonstrating your work. We are particularly interested in seeing: Short-form vertical videos Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts Interview or testimonial content Podcast content or podcast clips Event or behind-the-scenes videos Creative storytelling Photography Examples of social accounts you have helped manage or grow Applications without examples of video work may not be considered. What We Offer A consistent Monday-Thursday afternoon schedule No Fridays A highly creative role with room to bring your own ideas to life Access to professional video/content creation equipment and studio space Potential access to our studio and equipment for approved personal creative projects Professional development and the opportunity to expand your production skills A supportive, mission-driven team Opportunities to create content across multiple clinics, programs, events, and communities The chance to build a diverse professional video, podcast, and social media portfolio Real potential for the position to grow into a full-time creative role as our organization continues to expand The opportunity to tell stories that genuinely matter to Arizona families Before You Apply We strongly encourage applicants to check out Arizona Autism's current social media platforms before applying. Take a look at the quality and style of content we currently produce. We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain a social media account. We want someone who can help us push our content forward with fresh ideas, stronger video storytelling, better production, and creative energy. As Arizona Autism continues to grow, we want this person to have the opportunity to grow with us.
