I'm looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator / Videographer to help build an engaging personal brand across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms. Someone who is passionate about social media, storytelling, photography, video, and creating content that people actually want to watch. This is in the real estate industry. This could be a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, emerging creator, photographer, filmmaker, or social-media enthusiast who wants to build a strong portfolio. What You'll Do Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social videos Take engaging photos and videos of people, homes, neighborhoods, events, and everyday moments Help develop creative content ideas, hooks, stories, and concepts Create lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, educational, neighborhood, and real-estate content Help turn simple ideas into polished, entertaining social-media content Stay aware of social-media trends and suggest new things to try Film on location around San Mateo, Foster City, and the Peninsula Handle some editing and content preparation remotely Who I'm Looking For Someone who is: Creative, energetic, and proactive Passionate about social media and content creation A natural storyteller with a strong visual eye Good at photographing and filming people and homes Comfortable shooting with a smartphone and/or camera Familiar with Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style video, and current social trends Able to edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Comfortable suggesting ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do Dependable, positive, organized, and willing to experiment Photography, drone experience, graphic design, or Canva skills are a plus, but not required.
