Hours:
Flexible, 5-10 hrs/week Are you passionate about sustainability, design, and storytelling ? Want to gain real-world experience with a purpose-driven company? Join PaperSips , a new, small, women-owned, and minority-owned business dedicated to creating stylish, eco-friendly paper straws that make sustainability feel good and look good. We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy person to help bring the PaperSips brand to life through engaging photo and video content. This is an on-site role for someone who understands current TikTok and Instagram trends and enjoys filming, editing, styling, and developing fresh content ideas.
What You'll Do:
Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok , and more Film and photograph products in lifestyle, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes settings Design marketing materials Help manage email campaigns and product launch announcements Produce authentic, UGC-style content that feels natural, current, and relatable Follow emerging video, photography, editing, audio, and social media trends Develop creative concepts, shot lists, hooks, captions, and content series Edit videos and photos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms Help plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Occasionally appear on camera or help direct others in content Review content performance and suggest new ideas based on engagement Support website updates (Shopify) You're a
